Yes, you and I and our dirty feet 8) . My husband used to suffer from migraines; he had the kind that moved from one part of your head one day to another part another day. Now that you mention how much showers helped you, it triggered a memory I have of him taking HOT HOT showers to relieve his headaches. Ugh, I'm so glad he rarely gets them, and never for days in a row like he used to.

well, I have this thing about dirty feet ;) and I think you already know, I wear open shoes all year round.I also use the shower to relax if I'm nervous or warm up when I'm cold or can't sleep. Years ago yb, I suffered from whats called cluster headaches (migraines run in my family) and they are the mother of all headaches. It scares me just to type the name. I found no modern medicine could help me and God knows, I saw every kind. My Father actually took me to one of those old fashioned "hand's on healers"...along with that, acupuncture and about 8 showers a day with no lights and opera blaring loud...I was cured. :)

I agree. The fourth and fifth one, in particular, call to me. So haunting and magestic.

Two showers a day, eh? Have you always been such a clean-nic? (smile)
